Porkchops with Mushroom Bourbon Cream Sauce

Boy does this pork chop recipe look yummy. We tend to eat a lot of pork around here – my husband s a big fan and this looks just delicious. I haven’t had a chance to actually try this recipe yet, but I have a feeling it’ll be a big hit.
