Scalloped Potatoes From The Crockpot

I’ve been giving my crockpot a workout lately and use it for all kinds of dishes from soups and stews to cooking whole chickens. One of my favorites these days are these yummy crockpot scalloped potatoes. You won’t believe how good they turn out. I came across the recipe on the Hillbilly Housewife website.
