Quick and Easy Yogurt Popsicle Treat

I make these yummy, healthy treats all summer long. They are the perfect snack for kids who have been playing outside and need to cool down. They are also great as a summertime dessert.
Yogurt Popsicle Treat
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups plain yogurt (ideally low-fat)
2 small bananas
2/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
Combine yogurt, bananas and orange juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into Popsicle containers and put in freezer.
This is a very easy to make and guilt-free treat for the whole family.
