High Energy Crunchy Balls

These crunchy balls of goodness make for a great (and super fast) grab and go breakfast, or a healthy snack any time of the day. A friend of mine shared the recipe with me and she makes these for her kids when they have sports in the afternoon.
High Energy Crunchy Balls
Ingredients:
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup finely grated carrots
1/4 cup good quality Granola
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 Tablespoon runny honey
3 Tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
This is a super easy and quick recipe, but very healthy and delicious.
Combine all the ingredients in large bowl.
Roll into balls and let them be enjoyed by old and young!
