Easy Peach Smoothie Recipe

Who knew making a peach smoothie could be this simple. Not only that, but if you use low or non fat milk, this is also a very low calorie treat. Try it as a cool edition to your breakfast, or as a frosty treat on a hot day. Just keep the frozen milk at hand and whip these easy peach smoothies up any time.
Easy Peach Smoothie Recipe
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sliced peaches fresh or canned
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
Pour milk in ice cube tray and freeze solid. Once frozen, pull from tray and place in blender. Add peaches and sugar to blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
