Dijon Barbecue Sauce

We do a lot of grilling in the summer and of course use plenty of barbecue sauce during that. I also like to bake chicken in it, or baste pork chops with it while I cook them. To add a little variety, I use different types and flavors of barbecue sauce including this dijon variety.

Dijon Barbecue Sauce

1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 TBSP Sugar
2 TBSP Tomato paste
1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
4 Dashes of Hot pepper sauce
1 tsp kosher salt

Combine ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
