Asian Honey Chicken Wings

June 7, 2008 by Free Recipes · Leave a Comment

We love wings around here and they are actually still quite inexpensive (especially compared to a lot of other meat cuts). I like making these because they are mild enough for even kids to enjoy. Give them a try and see if your family doesn’t enjoy these Asian inspired hot wings as much as mine does.

Honey Chicken Wings

3 pounds of chicken wings
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup of honey
1 tsp ginger
1/2 stick of butter

Boil the chicken wings for approx 20 minutes. In a saucepot, combine the rest of the ingredients and let reduce until a thick sauce is formed.

Coat all of the chicken wings with the sauce and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
